Financing & Insurance

Deuk Joint Institute, a division of Deuk Spine Institute, accepts most insurance — including commercial plans, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and self-pay. Insurance benefits are determined by your individual policy and may not cover every treatment we offer.

Insurance We Accept

We accept most major insurance plans. Coverage varies by policy and may not include every service we offer. After your consultation, we’ll recommend treatment options, and you can verify coverage directly with your insurer. We generally accept:

  • Aetna
  • Anthem
  • Assurant (Cigna)
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • GEHA
  • Medicare
  • Multiplan
  • Health First Medicare Classic
  • UnitedHealthcare
  • WebTPA
  • Workers’ Compensation

When you schedule your first appointment as a new patient, a representative will verify your benefits.

Financing Options

At Deuk Joint Institute, we want relief from joint pain to be as accessible as possible, so we help patients explore a number of financing options. With the right option, you can get the care you need when you need it.

CareCredit is a widely accepted, respected healthcare financing option we offer:

  • No pre-payment penalties
  • Co-signers allowed

Contact a Patient Advocate at (321) 255-6670 and they will assist you with the loan application process, or visit the CareCredit site for more information.

Outside Financing

Additional Financing Options

In addition to CareCredit, patients have several outside financing options available to help cover the cost of treatment.

HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)

Rates are based on the Prime Rate, typically 1–2% above Prime. The loan can be repaid over 20–30 years, usually with interest-only payments, and interest paid may be tax-deductible. Check with your local bank for HELOC opportunities.

401(k), IRA, or Retirement Account

Our procedures are often considered a medical hardship, which can waive early-withdrawal penalties (taxes may still apply). A 401(k) typically allows a withdrawal or a loan against the account for medical reasons, with terms up to five years.

Credit Cards

We accept most major credit cards. Contact Patient Services at (321) 255-6670 with any questions about financing or payments.
